Say hello to IITA 3.0

Some of you may remember us from MISTIC (1998-2012), the Mid-Island Science, Technology & Innovation Council. A few of you worked with us in the Venture Acceleration Program (VAP) in partnership with Innovate BC, from 2013 to 2024. With the emergence of AI we’re now preparing for the transformative changes of the next generation!

As technology becomes the cornerstone of every business, and innovation unlocks new opportunities, our mission has always been to help businesses navigate the ever-changing new normal. In working as a non-profit society, Innovation Island Technology Association (IITA) is immensely proud of our VAP client achievements and the impact this has had within our regional economy. With over two decades of data, countless amazing relationships, and many deep dives, our doors are now open to anyone and everyone.

Our small but mighty team of business builders, expert strategists, technologists, financial architects, and change agents has over 100 years of combined experience working with over 1,000 companies. We’re eager to share what we’ve learned to help you grow, build resilience, and accelerate innovation.

Whether you’re a tech startup, a traditional business adapting to the digital future, or a larger organization seeking to scale, we’re here to provide strategic insights and hands-on support. Use the form below and tell us your story—how can we help?

If you’re a business professional or subject matter expert, consider getting in touch with us. We work with a range of outside service providers and are always open to networking and collaboration.
